The Sawali Disaster Case Manager (DCM) provides culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and community-centered support to disaster-affected households within the Filipino and broader Lāhaina community. The DCM assists clients through the recovery process by identifying unmet needs, developing individualized recovery plans, coordinating services with partner agencies, and empowering clients toward long-term stability and resilience.
