The Sawali Disaster Case Manager (DCM) provides culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and community-centered support to disaster-affected households within the Filipino and broader Lāhaina community. The DCM assists clients through the recovery process by identifying unmet needs, developing individualized recovery plans, coordinating services with partner agencies, and empowering clients toward long-term stability and resilience.

The Community Resource Navigator plays a key role in supporting the recovery and resilience programming of Kaibigan ng Lahaina, acting as a mediary support for clients and team members alike.  The Community Resource Navigator shall communicate effectively, assist clients with general inquiries, provide resource navigation, and support team members with administrative tasks and projects.

The AMIN/ILI Program Coordinator is a vital member of our team, responsible for coordinating, organizing, the planning, implementation and evaluation of our Ancestral Medicine and Intercultural Native (AMIN) Health and Indigenous Learning Institute (ILI) programs.  This role ensures program vision, mission, and strategic plan to provide resiliency services and opportunities to the community, align with our mission and deliver measurable impact.  The ideal candidate is highly organized, mission-driven, and proficient in working with diverse communities and stakeholders.
