Lahaina Community Land Trust’s (LCLT) purpose is to protect Lahaina lands by offering landowners considering the sale of their land a community based alternative to investor transactions, prioritizing our community’s well-being over profit. LCLT ensure that every piece of land and property entrusted to them is responsibly cared for, maintained, managed, and remains safeguarded under their protection. Lands protected by the Trust will always be kept in Lahaina hands, and used for the highest and best interest of the Lahaina community, as determined by the community.
